How to process a blue docket
Blue dockets are no longer accepted. If a passenger tries to pay using a Cabcharge blue docket, seek an alternative payment method.
As of Friday 1 March, 2024, Cabcharge Blue Dockets have been discontinued.
In the event of a passenger’s payment is declined after this date, drivers should ask for an alternative method of payment and provide the passenger with a receipt showing the failed payment.
Blue Cabcharge dockets submitted for trips on or after Friday 1 March will not be paid.
Additionally, all Blue Cabcharge dockets for trips taken on or before Thursday 29 February must be lodged by 5pm on Monday 8 March or they will not be paid.

Reducing the paperwork you need to manage

Encouraging payment methods that get you paid faster

Removing the chance your dockets can be misplaced before arriving to us
Please note, this change will not affect government subsidy dockets (ie, MPTP, NTTS, SATSS, TSS, TTSS, TUSS), interstate taxi subsidy vouchers or any other valid Cabcharge products*.
Government and interstate subsidy paper dockets will continue to be accepted. You must continue to accept all other valid Cabcharge products*
