ALIPAY
Google Pay is a digital wallet platform to enable in-app contactless purchases using an Android-powered device.
Processing a Google Pay payment is similar to processing a credit card transaction. The only difference is the credit card is stored digitally in the Google app. To make an Google Pay payment, passengers will bring up the card on the Google app and tap their device over the Cabcharge terminal.

Passenger to open their Alipay app to pay for the trip

On the payments options screen, select App. On the next screen, select the Alipay option for to process an Alipay payment.

Your passenger will use their device to scan over the QR code showing on your terminal screen and enter their PIN to confirm payment. Wait for the beep.

The terminal will indicate once the payment is approved. Please provide the passenger with their copy of the receipt if requested.

ALIPAY
Alipay is a third-party virtual payment platform that allows its customers to conduct transactions directly from their mobile devices.
Customers using Alipay have their credit card details linked to the app. Passengers can make an Alipay payment by using their phone to scan an automatically-generated QR code on the Cabcharge EFTPOS terminal. The passenger will then enter their PIN to confirm payment of their trip.
